Mabdibba is a highly accomplished Admin and Finance professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various industries. Holding an MBA from the University of Nicosia in Cyprus, specializing in Management and Finance Mbadibba possesses a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise in these areas. In addition to her MBA, she also earned a BA Honors degree from the University of Herefordshire in the UK, further enhancing her educational qualifications.
With a remarkable work history, Mbadibba has made significant contributions in different sectors. She spent five years in the banking industry, served as the Head of Operations. In this role, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and managerial skills, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization.
Following her successful stint in banking, Mbadibba ventured into the diplomatic core, where she spent six years holding various roles. From being an Administrator to a Finance and Administrative Manager, and later as Finance, Contracts, and Audit Manager, showcased her versatility and ability to adapt to different responsibilities. Her expertise in finance, administrative, and contract management greatly contributed to the success of her diplomatic assignments.
